Russell E. Carlson is a consulting arborist with over 30 years of experience in arboriculture. He is the owner of Tree Tech Consulting since 1992, providing consulting services including tree appraisal, risk assessments, forensic investigations, expert witness and litigation support, tree inventories and management plans for trees and landscapes. Russ is an American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA) Registered Consulting Arborist and an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Board Certified Master Arborist.
