Mr. Gloekler holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, College of Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of California. He is a retired police officer of fifteen years during which time he concentrated on automobile accident and crime scene reconstruction and testified as an expert in both disciplines in criminal and civil courts. He has investigated over 3000 traffic accidents.
