Profile:
Demonstrative Methods include Computerized Animations, with the Physics built in, Two Dimensional, in "Real Time". These provide realistic, reliable re-creations of the traffic accident useful in Jury Trials, Mediation and other Conferences. These are accepted by the Courts. The software was written in the 1970's for the Federal Government to do highway safety research and validated by twelve, two-vehicle test crashes. Many animations produced by traditional animation companies don't have the physics built in and are not necessarily in "Real Time".
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
Plaintiff & Defense work
Proved officer had impact on wrong side of centerline in several cases, including vehicular manslaughter cases.
COMPUTER SIMULATION PROGRAM TO TEST SPEED STATEMENTS OR ACCIDENT DESCRIPTIONS BY DRIVERS, WITNESSES OR OTHERS, AGAIN IN "REAL TIME" WITH PHYSICS BUILT IN.
COMPUTER SIMULATION CAN DEMONSTRATE THE NEGLIGENT DRIVING ACCIDENT COMPARED WITH CORRECT DRIVING TO SHOW SIGNIFICANCE OF THE NEGLIGENT DRIVING.
COMPUTERIZED SPEED CALCULATION
COMPUTERIZED SPEED LOSS FROM CRUSH DAMAGE
LIMITED OR FULL RECONSTRUCTION
INVESTIGATE & HOLD EVIDENCE, PERFORM RECONSTRUCTION ONLY IF NEEDED, AS A COST SAVING FEATURE.
