Formerly Houston Police Department Document Examiner and chemist with the crime lab, Mr. Daniels has received forensic document training courtesy of the FBI National Academy and the United States Secret Service at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

In private practice since 1985 and published author in various forensic and law journals, Mr. Daniels is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners, Member of the American Chemical Society, the American Society of Questioned Document Examiners and the American Society for Testing and Materials, Distinguished Member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Scientists and Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.
