Profile:
The forensic document examiner critically evaluates and analyzes all physical features of documents to discover evidence of genuineness or spuriousness. The examiner writes reports and gives testimony when needed to aid the client or the court in arriving at the truth. Determinations may include: Alterations, Additions, Deletions, the Deciphering of Obliterations, and the Development of Latent Indented Writing Impressions. Documents examined may include, but are not limited to: Medical, Insurance, Accounting, and other Records, Anonymous Letters, Checks, Wills, Contracts, Deeds, Graffiti, and many more. In addition, determinations include idenitifcation of Printer, Typewriter or Photocopy sources.
