Mike Brubaker, SRA has been a testifying appraiser for over twenty years. During that time frame Mike has completed thousands of appraisals and developed opinions of value and testified on numerous "stigmatized" properties. Some examples include properties with defective foundations and other physical defects, clouded titles, valuations of life estates, undivided partial interests, and adverse affect of easements. Other issues include dimunition in value caused by external influences including flooding, proximity to major thoroughfares, high-tension lines, microwave towers, or hazardous waste sites. He has developed and presented numerous seminars and is qualified as an instructor for the Appraisal Institute.
