Dr. Kashar has over forty years of experience in metallurgical evaluations and alloy development, the analysis of failures of both metallic and non-metallic components, materials trade-off studies, contaminant identification and pollution analysis. He also has over twenty years of litigation experience for both plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal courts across the country. Dr. Kashar was recognized for his outstanding work throughout his career by being elected a Fellow of the ASM (American Society for Materials International).
