Dr. David Friedland has served as a litigation consultant in more than thirty cases, including both individual and class action matters in both federal and state courts. We provide expert services to both defense and plaintiff counsel in the following areas:
*disparate impact and disparate treatment discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age and national origin
*development and validation of employee selection procedures
*workplace harassment
*wrongful termination
