I am both an attorney and certified public accountant and have substantial legal experience as a Receiver, Trustee, counsel to both Receivers and Trustees in both State and Federal Courts, Court-Appointed Accountant, Special Master, Referee, Provisional Director, Appraiser, Arbitrator, Conservator for the State of California and Expert Witness.
