Nationally and locally Certified Acoustical Consultant provides expert witness services for noise and building acoustics. A Fellow of the Acoustical Society of America, past Executive Councilman and past chair of its Architectural Acoustics Committee, and former Director of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE). His Scientific Publications are cited in acoustical textbooks, handbooks and in ASTM Standards for building sound insulation measurements of Sound Transmission Class (STC) and Impact Insulation Class (IIC). These Standards constitute building acoustics law through their incorporation into the UBC and California Building Code. Services include: field testing, laboratory analysis, noise control, speech intelligibility & product sound quality assessment, and noise impact on schools and classrooms.
