* Toxic Torts/Carbon Monoxide Poisoning/Petrochemicals/Solvent Exposure/Lead Mercury/Perchlorate Exposure Mold /Indoor Air Pollution/

* Post Traumatic Stress Disorder related to accidents, defective or dangerous products, sexual and physical assaults

* Evaluation of child and adult allegations of victims of sexual assault /rape including drug facilitated rape allegations

* Evaluation of sexual abuse claims in schools, day cares, religious organizations, group homes, foster homes, juvenile detention centers, jails/prisons and, psychiatric facilities

* Cases involving claims of adverse effects of psychiatric medications in adults and children suicide /self injurious behavior, violence, narcoleptic malignant syndrome, serotonin syndrome, lethal catatonia

* Medical Malpractice: Standard of care issues related to psychiatric diagnosis and treatment, improper discharge from psychiatric facility (negligent release leading to suicide/violence)

* Extensive deposition and trial testimony experience. Litigation support, analysis of opposing expert work, preparing attorneys for deposing and cross examining witnesses and opposing experts. Provide and coordinate neuropsychological testing and medical toxicology expertise.

Education/Licenses:
Harvard and UC trained.
Bd Cert in Psychiatry, Child Psych, Forensic Psych & Certification in Psychopharmacology, Addiction Medicine, & Neuropsychiatry. Expert Medical Board Reviewer, President Am Society of Adolescent Psych.
