Twenty-five years experience as a consultant and expert witness in medical toxicology and forensic medicine helping to establish/refute causation based on analysis of discovery information and application of generally accepted medical and scientific principles. Expertise in matters involving exposures to pesticides, toxic gases (e.g., hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide and others), solvents, toxic metals, PCBs and others. Special interest and litigation experience evaluating RADS cases for plaintiff or defendant.
Dr. Milby is board certified in Occupational Medicine and Forensic Medicine. He has served as a consultant to many national and international organizations. He has published more than 50 articles in fields of toxicology, occupational medicine and epidemiology and is a past medical professor UC Berkeley and senior medical scientist at Stanford Research Institute.
