Donna Horkey, MS, PHR, has an extensive background in the areas of training and people development. Her expertise includes more than six years as Director of Personnel for a Fortune 100 insurance company. She started her consulting practice in 1988. She has provided sexual harassment training to thousands of people, including attorneys from highly-regarded national and regional firms, as well as the State Attorney's office. Harassment and discrimination services have been utilized by organizations with 10-10,000 employees, in service, manufacturing, and high-tech businesses. Donna has worked on cases in which accused harassers were entry-level personnel, managers, vice presidents, and presidents of companies.
