Certified life care planner and rehabilitation counselor, registered vocational expert and Ph. D. in Rehabilitation. With offices in South Texas and Nevada, Dr. Marini has over 14 years experience in determining medical and vocational monetary damages in cases of catastrophic injury (i.e., traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, amputation, etc.). Calculates vocational wage loss and/or future medical care costs. Never been Daubert challenged and works with both plaintiff and defense cases. Has over 60 referred publications with numerous research and teaching awards as a Professor with the University of Texas-Pan American. Provided expertise in 10 states, Canada and Mexico.
