Offering plaintiff and defense expert testimony both nationally and internationally in pharmaceutical related litigation, Dr. Cheryl Blume has 30+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Blume is currently the president and founder of Pharmaceutical Development Group, Inc. (PDG). Dr. Blume and the staff at PDG are experienced in generic and innovator, as well as prescription and OTC products.
Dr. Blume's expertise in litigation and support services includes, but is not limited to:

Dr. Blume's extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry litigation includes participation in both civil and criminal cases on the state and federal level including individual, class action and mass-tort cases for both plaintiff and defense.
Dr. Blume has testified in cases involving product liability, product failure, medical and pharmaceutical malpractice, failure to warn, contractual, patent, trademark and copyright disputes, criminal mitigation, and anti-trust issues as well as other types of litigation.
The staff at PDG has extensive experience in litigation research across a variety of topics including, but not limited to, causation assessments related to pharmacology and toxicology, drug interactions and concomitant therapy matters, failure to warn and other labeling issues, regulatory matters, medical and safety issues, manufacturing and marketing practices.
