Profile:
I have an expertise in marketing research, questionnaire design, and marketing strategy. I focus on false advertising, trademark issues, inclusive of secondary meaning, confusion and dilution. My research deals with celebrity advertising, pioneer brands, rumor, auction behavior, and the impact of color on consumer perceptions. I have testified five times both in federal and state courts and have been deposed approximately thirty times. I have worked for celebrities such as Muhammad Ali, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, and Bill Medley as well as Hilton Hotels, Lexus, Bank One and Pinkberry.
