Since 1969, Mr. Reynolds has been involved in the engineering, design, and development of aerial lift equipment, both truck mounted and non-truck mounted. He is also experienced with diggers, derricks and cranes. He has served on the MADDC and ANSI committees for these devices, and is an experienced expert witness.
