Profile:
I evaluate damages in PI, WD, employment, and business loss cases, for plaintiffs and defendants. I have provided over 1,000 independent reports and evaluation of opposing experts' reports in the past 38 years, and testified often in Federal and State courts (IA, MN, ND, NV, SD, WI). Clients have included the U. S. Attorney (Minneapolis) and the Minnesota Attorney General. My academic appointment is at the University of Minnesota (to retire June 2008). I currently serve as Midwest Vice President and President Elect of the National Association of Forensic Economists. I will welcome a call to discuss your case.
