Mr. Levy serves as arbitrator and mediator of real estate disputes and expert witness on standards of practice for real estate lending, credit, brokerage and transactional due diligence; real estate workouts and re-structuring; corporate real estate; and real estate valuation/appraisal. Mr. Levy was Managing Director of Real Estate Finance at Chase Manhattan Bank and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Corporate Real Estate Division at Chemical Bank. He is Adjunct Professor at NYU, published author on resolution of real estate disputes, real estate valuation, construction lending and has lectured at Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Wharton and MIT.
