He has experience in governmental regulations, inspections--including OBRA, HCFA (now CMS), Licensure and other nursing home situations, including staffing and requirements. He has practiced civil, criminal and matrimonial law since 1967. He has been retained as an expert witness in legal malpractice and nursing home matters.
