My insurance career began in 1968 as a multiple line outside claims adjuster and liability supervisor for a major insurance company. This continued in the legal profession as an insurance defense counsel focusing on agent and broker errors and omissions, defense of insurers and insurance coverage. After retiring as an active defense counsel in 1998, I have served as a consultant in numerous insurance matters including agent and broker standard of care, insurance custom and practice, bad faith, insurance coverage and claims handling. I have considerable deposition and trial experience.
