Dr. Koh is a board certified clinical anesthesiologist with twenty-three years of experience. In addition, he holds a PhD in Neuroanatomy from the Harvard-M.I.T. Program in Health Sciences and Technology, where he did basic science research on autonomic and endocrine control pathways in the central nervous system. He has considerable experience and expertise in the areas of neuroanesthesia (neurological anesthesia), pediatric anesthesia, obstetrical anesthisia, neonatal incubation, cardiac anesthesia, regional anesthesia, continuous nerve blocks, interscalene blocks, the use of LMA's (laryngeal mask airways), anesthesia equipment and equipment failures, and is open to reviewing and analyzing any complicated case.
