Michael LaMana, MS, RCA, CTE is the owner of Heartwood Consulting Services, LLC. Throughout the eastern US he is a recognized authority in tree biology, hazardous trees, arboriculture, forestry, landscape-construction and large tree appraisal & relocation. A Registered Consulting Arborist with the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA), International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) and NJ Certified Tree Expert (CTE), Michael has over 18 years experience in arboriculture and forestry. He has qualified as an expert witness in NY, NJ and PA, taking pride in delivering independent and unbiased expert opinions predicated on current continuing-education, thorough investigation and empirical methods.
