Profile:
Scott Cullen is a nationally and internationally recognized consulting arborist and has been involved in tree care since 1971. His practice specialties include the monetary valuation of amenity, landscape, shade and ornamental trees; trees and the land use approval process; preservation of trees during development; and the interaction of trees and wind. His papers have been published in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings and he lectures, widely, on these topics. He has worked with defendants and plaintiffs, applicants and regulatory agencies, and land owners. He frequently assembles teams of specialist experts and manages complex tree cases.
