Clifford L. Fry has more than 20 years experience in consulting in Economics and Finance. He is a Texan with a Ph.D. in Economics from Texas A&M University. Dr. Fry has industry, government, and academic experience, including being chairman of a Finance Department and teaching antitrust. Dr. Fry has testified about lost earnings and profits, business valuations, copyright and patent infringement, trade secret theft, business interference, and other aspects of complex commercial litigation. Dr. Fry has experience in antitrust suits involving monopolization, monopsony, price fixing, and predatory pricing. Dr. Fry’s teaching experience makes him an effective communicator with jurors.
