Emanuel Kapelsohn, President of the Peregrine Corporation, is an internationally-recognized firearms and use of force consultant. He has trained over 15,000 police, security officers, and others since 1980. Holding degrees from Yale University and Harvard law School, he is a practicing attorney, widely published author, certified firearms instructor (FBI, NRA and others), and vice president of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors. He regularly testifies in both civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts nationwide on subjects including firearms, intentional and accidental shooting reconstructions, use of force, police and security training, and self-defense.
