William Manfredonia is the founder and President of Cost Calculations, Inc., a firm specializing in complete construction cost estimating, construction cost control, construction management, conceptual cost estimating, insurance replacement cost estimating, construction claims investigation, and project planning, scheduling and controls, performing cost controls, estimating, change order analysis, etc. Also Mr. Manfredonia is a Principal of a Construction Management Firm (M2 Inc. = M Square Inc.) construction management procedures.
Mr. Manfredonia has applied his expertise for major A/E corporations, General Contractors, Developers in a wide variety of projects, including Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Specialty projects.
Bill is a Certified Professional Estimator of 45 years in the field of General Construction, Carpentry, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings and EIFS. As an active member of the Garden State Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators, he has served as a Chapter President for seven, 2-year terms, as 1st, 2nd and 3rd Vice Presidents and as National Regional Governor. In addition to the A.S.P.E., Bill is a member of the American Association of Cost Engineers, and the Construction Specifications Institute. He is a Construction Inspector for the United States Treasury Department. He serves as a cost consultant for the New York State Department of Economic Development, and as an arbitrator in construction and insurance cases. He has also served as an expert witness for the Federal Government in construction fraud cases.
