Dr. Chris Coggins is a Board-Certified Toxicologist, a qualification he has held since 1986. He is a Principal in Carson Watts Consulting, and he has special expertise in inhalation toxicology, general toxicology, toxicological pathology, and epidemiology.

Prior to becoming a consultant in 2003, Dr. Coggins worked in various sectors of the tobacco industry. He has published numerous articles on the toxicology of tobacco smoke.

He has testified extensively as an expert witness.
