Dr. John H. Fullerton received his MD from University of Miami (1985). He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at CPMC and served as Chief Resident at CPMC (1988). Dr. Fullerton is a full-time clinician and medical instructor on the clinical faculty at UCSF, Stanford & Yale Medical Schools. He is board certified in internal medicine, Geriatrics and Hospice & Palliative Medicine. He is the Director of Geriatric Training at St. Mary's Medical Center (SF, CA). He has added certifications as medical director in multiple long-term care facilities and in homecare (including issues surrounding elder abuse). His areas of testimonial expertise include: Hospital care, Ambulatory care, Long-term care, Medical Directorships in SF, CA, various Hospice settings (where he clinically instructs Medicine Students, Physician Assistants (PA's) & Nurse Practitioner's (NP's) and Geriatric Medical Residents). He has testified in mostly medical malpractice cases (for both the defense and plaintiff) over 100 times over the past 6 years.
