Ronald Adler M.B.A. is an internationally recognized expert and thought leader on HR audits, employment practices liability risk assessments, and HR metrics. Mr. Adler is president and founder of Laurdan Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in HR auditing products and consulting services. Mr. Adler is co-developer of the Employment-Labor Law Audit™ (ELLA®): the nation's leading HR auditing process. Mr. Adler is an adjunct professor at Villanova University where he teaches a graduate level course in HR Auditing. Mr. Adler is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Institute of Management Consultants, and SHRM.
