Mr. Lewis has 24 years of experience in the Houston real estate market. He has qualified as an expert witness in the valuation of real property in Harris and Ft. Bend Counties and is experienced in the sale, leasing, management, development, renovation and valuation of most forms of commercial properties and vacant land. He holds the prestigious CRE designation where he has served as a chapter officer since 2004 including Chairman of the Houston Gulf Coast chapter in 2007. He is the fourth generation in his family to work in the real estate industry in Houston, Texas.
