Profile:
Prof. Stephen P. Magee teaches Business, Economics and Law at the University of Texas at Austin and is former Chairman of the Finance Department. He has a PhD in economics from MIT; has taught at UC Berkeley and the University of Chicago and has served on White House staff. His economic research was endorsed by two Nobel laureates. His teaching and research make him an expert on patent infringement, antitrust, damages, firm valuation, securities, economics and econometrics, international economics and utilities. He has testified for Kodak, DuPont, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Amazon, Exxon, Dow Chemical, and has testified before the Texas Public Utility Commission.
