I also have expertise in evaluating and documenting rental property issues and disputes including landlord and/or tenant’s non-compliance with the North Carolina Residential Rental Agreements Act. Additionally, I have expertise documenting indoor air quality and mold issues adversely affecting habitability and expertise as a Power Engineer in electrical substation maintenance and electrical distribution line construction, repair, and worker safety.
