Carmeta Albarus-Lindo, is the president of CVA Consulting Services. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and has 20 years experience as a mitigation expert. She has been qualified as an expert in social history investigations and psychosocial assessments in both state and federal court. She has worked on a number of high profile cases including the "Washington D.C. sniper case" of Lee Boyd Malvo. She has designed alternative sentencing plans and/or pre-sentencing reports both at the pre-trial and post conviction stages. Ms. Albarus-Lindo has appeared on CNN & BET where she discussed her role in the Malvo case.
