Profile:
Jon has provided expert witness testimony regarding identity theft in employment situations. He has conducted numerous identity theft-related investigations on behalf of businesses and individual victims. He regularly provides training for businesses, as well as public, private and civic groups to increase awareness regarding identity theft risk mitigation.

Jon has consulted with Crime and Finance Sub-committee members regarding privacy legislation and identity theft.

Jon is on the Board of Directors for the National Council of Investigation and Security Services. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American Society for Industrial Security, the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association, the California Association of Licensed Investigators, and the Iowa Association of Private Investigators.

Per Mar Security Services was established in 1953. The company is headquartered in Davenport, Iowa and has 19 branch offices throughout the Midwest.
