Richard T. Hughes, P.E. has over 25 years of experience within the engineering field. He has designed over 300 projects, including an addition to the CIA and a bridge over the Nile. Mr. Hughes has inspected over 5,000 structures for deficiencies. Furthermore, he has been retained to investigate over 200 accidental deaths involving automobiles, fires, explosions, building hazards and construction accidents. He holds a bachelors and a master's degree in engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in all of the mid-Atlantic states. He has considerable courtroom testimony experience and is the author of, "Building Design and Construction Hazards".
