Dr. David Friedland has served as a litigation consultant in more than sixty cases, including both individual and class action matters in both federal and state courts. We provide expert services to both defense and plaintiff counsel in the following areas:
*disparate impact and disparate treatment discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, and national origin
*development and validation of employee selection procedures

In our human resources consulting practice we specialize in developing and implementing human resources assessment procedures for use in recruitment, hiring, promotion and development of employees. We have over twenty years of experience in the human resources field, working with both private and public sector employers. We are recognized for our expertise in job analysis, test and interview development and validation, equal employment opportunity issues and statistics.
