Profile:
Don Lee, P.E. has 23 years of experience in tire failure analysis, development and design. He began his career with Hankook Tire. He was involved with manufacturing specifications and in service performance for improvement. At the Akron Technical Center, Mr. Lee focused on passenger and light truck radial tire products. His OE, tire development involvement with Ford Motor Company resulted in successful engineering qualification and production sourcing. Mr. Lee has provided expert testimony at depositions and trial about tire design and tire failure. He offers Finite Element Analysis on tire failure, which includes 3D Modeling for Subject Tire, 3D Contact Analysis, 3D Steady State Rolling at various speeds, and 3D Braking and Traction.
