Dr. Raymond H. Hamden is an international Psychologist with global experience in Psychology. He earned a Ph.D. in Psychology [Specialization in Clinical] and continued post-graduate studies in [Philadelphia School of] Modern Psychoanalysis, followed by a Visiting Fellow post in Political Psychology [University of Maryland, College Park].

He is Director of the Human Relations Institute in Dubai. Dr. Hamden is a Life Member in the Association of Psychological Sciences, International Society of Political Psychology, International Council of Psychologists, and American College of Forensic Examiners International. He is also a member of the DC Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, and American Academy of Forensic Sciences [Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences Section].
