Mr. Stoyack is a licensed Architect and Professional Planner with almost 40 years experience in all phases of architectural office practice. Licensed to practice architecture in New Jersey and New York he is also NCARB certified to practice architecture in all fifty states by reciprocity. He is a Licensed New Jersey Home Inspector and he also holds a license to practice Professional Planning in New Jersey. We have more than 25 years experience in providing expert testimony in matters involving building code violations, construction negligence, accepted design practice and accepted construction industry standards and practices.
