Michael LaMana is the owner of Heartwood Ecological Consulting. Throughout the eastern US he is a recognized expert in tree biology, hazardous trees, arboriculture, forestry, landscape-construction and large tree appraisal & relocation. A Registered Consulting Arborist with the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA), International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Certified Arborist and NJ Certified Tree Expert, Mr. LaMana has over 25 years of education and experience in arboriculture, landscapes and forestry. He has qualified as an expert witness in NJ, NY and PA, taking pride in delivering independent and unbiased expert opinions predicated on current continuing-education, thorough investigation and empirical methods to the greatest extent possible.
