Profile:
A member of the Industrial Designers Society of America and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society with more than 40 years of professional experience. During his academic career as a tenured Professor at Pratt Institute, he lectured internationally and had written and taught Universal Design and the ADA.

During the past 20 years he has been retained as an Industrial Design Expert in 119 Intellectual Property cases, with extensive experience in design patents, utility patents, trademark, and trade dress litigation. He has also been retained in 152 product liability cases, involving consumer products, furniture, packaging and retail display design.
