Exeter will evaluate and analyze the facts and circumstances of financial investments and determine if industry standards were observed or violated. Cases involve stocks, bonds, mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities and equity options, both listed and unlisted employee stock options. Also experience in cases involving foreign exchange spot trading, options and swaps. Exeter will prepare trading schedules and damage estimates, including discounted cash flow analysis.
