H. John Miller PhD, PE, Miller Biomechanical Forensics, LLC

Dr. Miller, a Biomedical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing Engineer, has worked in the areas of crashworthiness, occupant safety, injury causation, seat, seatbelt and airbag performance, product design, manufacturing processes and new concept development for 30 years. He holds over 30 patents and has several peer reviewed publications in the safety and occupant injury field. He has provided research, expert analysis and testimony in product litigation involving General Motors, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota, among others. Dr. Miller has also provided guidance and testimony in general negligence claims (GN) for both plaintiff and defense including major insurance companies.

His areas of expertise include transportation related accidents including airline, auto, ATV, boat, cycle, motorcycle, pedestrian, PWC and Heavy Truck; as well as amusement ride and cruise line accidents, and workplace safety.
