With experience in claims and litigation consulting dating back to 1995, Mr. ElDorado’s expertise and engineering practice are focused on investigation of premises liability and property damage matters. The majority of his testifying history pertains to post-incident evaluations of slips, trips, and falls. These evaluations are conducted to determine compliance or non-compliance of an incident area to applicable codes and standards as they relate to means of egress, accessible routes, and other foreseeable pedestrian paths. Typical means of egress components include egress width, stairways, ramps, handrails, guardrails, doorways, and lighting.
