Dr. Rodgers Diplomate of the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals and the 2011 distinguished alumni of New York Chiropractic College, is a national certified expert witness experienced in documenting and testifying as to the deviation of the proper standard of chiropractic care. He continues his very active practice in Fort Lee, NJ, established since 1974. He is a member of the American Board of Forensic Specialists, the American Board of Disability Analysts and is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association. He has been called on as an expert in well over 20 motor vehicle accidents. He is also a member of the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists and American College of Chiropractic Consultants. Dr. Rodgers is a Certified Forensic Specialist who is certified to testify on MRI findings, Interpretation, Impairment and Permanency. Now practicing over 39 years and has completed over 90 Legal-Medical reviews for malpractice for the defense and plaintiff, criminal case reviews and disability court testimony. Dr. Rodgers appeared as an expert in court for these cases over eight times and been deposed more than that.

Doctor of Chiropractic since 1974, Bachelor of Science Pre-Med and a Masters of Science in Biology; licensed in NJ, NY and Michigan. He is also currently pursuing a Diplomat of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedics and the Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Professionals.
