Beth Brascugli De Lima is nationally and California State certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-CA), has been appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel, is a certified mediator, U.C. Berkeley Extension Program, and has been appointed to the Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne County Superior Court Mediation Panels.
She is an expert in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). She teaches seminars on complex California Medial Leaves throughout Northern and Southern California.
