Mr. Bawden helped write the "Residential Construction Performance Guidelines" which is the primary criteria for construction standards. With trial experience on behalf of both homeowners and builders, Mr. Bawden is a likable persona, an excellent and clear communicator, effective before arbitrators, judges and juries alike.
