Dr. Cham Dallas has over 30 years of litigation expert witness experience, including 35 depositions and 15 court testimonies, approximately divided on behalf of 70% defense and 30% plaintiff clients. His clients know him as excellent on the stand, in deposition, and in conference. Currently a tenured Professor at the University of Georgia (UGA), Dr. Dallas has a national/international reputation. His academic litigation experience includes toxicology, pharmacology, radiation issues, risk assessment, crisis management, indoor air quality, neurotoxicity and ototoxicity, drug analysis and defense/prosecution (especially multiple drugs), toxic tort litigation, and emergency response. His reputation is firmly established through a consistent pattern of expert witness referrals through previous clients, multiple professional awards (including the University Professorship given to one professor per year at UGA), federal government testimonies, over 11 million dollars in extramural funding as Principal investigator over the last decade, and extensive reputable publications in the scientific literature.
