Professor Dajani provides litigation support in the fields of Cytotec®, drug injury causation, drug-related medical malpractice, medication errors, drug product liability (e.g., warnings, designs, formulations and labeling), pharmaceutical patent litigations, forensic aspects of alcohol intoxication and psychotropic drugs and Contract Research Organizations. He provides investigations, research, record analysis, consultation, merit statement, and testimony.
Professor Dajani has 40 years' experience in pre-clinical and clinical pharmaceutical research and development. He was most instrumental in the discovery and development of Cytotec®, a worldwide anti-ulcer drug. Since 1995, he concurrently held Adjunct Professor of Medicine appointment at Loyola University-Chicago.
