Professor Dajani provides litigation support in the fields of pharmaceutical patent litigations, Cytotec®, drug injury causation, drug-related medical malpractice, medication errors, drug product liability (e.g., warnings, designs, formulations & labeling), adverse effects of health, beauty products and industrial chemicals, forensic aspects of drugs and alcohol intoxication, contract research organizations (CROs). He provides investigations, research, record analysis, consultation, merit statement, and testimony.
Professor Dajani has 40 years' experience in pre-clinical and clinical pharmaceutical research and development. He was most instrumental in the discovery and development of Cytotec®, a worldwide anti-ulcer drug. Since 1995, he concurrently held Adjunct Professor of Medicine appointment at Loyola University-Chicago.
